Added SimpleUnityBootstrapper that supports use in non-WPF application (i.e. Windows Forms) for use of modularity and pub-sub events capabilities
Added CompositeEvent which supports pub-sub events like CompositeWpfEvent with thread dispatching for Windows Forms or WPF (or any SynchronizationContext aware thread)
